At the bottom of the spiral stairs, there is some crates. Jump on them. Behind one is a giveaway switch. Shoot it, and the wall at the bottom of the stairs opens.

Next to the room with the odd cranes, there is a small room with large windows. There is a giveaway button in the roof. Shoot it, and a ladder to the secret shows.
