Out in the open, jump down to the ground. In the corner there is a door to the secret.

Wait for the crate mover to get past you. Jump on top of it and stay. When it enters the door in the wall, duck. Jump down from it and take the secret.

After ruining the train, you get into a huge room filled with crates. One has a different colour. Shoot it, and climb in for the secret.
