Climb the righthand side of the steel bridge - you can use the sniper rifle to find a small cave in the cliff. Jump over there for goodies. Again, be aware of the splat factor...

Before you jump down through the broken floor to reach the exit, please notice the steel barrel standing against the wall. Shoot it - it will blow up (what do they store in those barrels?) and knock a hole to a secret room.
