When you find the blue key, the celing opens when you take it. A big "Q" button shows. Shoot it. You will get access to a corridor with a number of goodies.

At the top of the elevator shaft is another big "Q" button. Ride the lift to the top, shoot the button, and you will be able to jump down on the grating, where a few goodies awaits your arrival.
